Prestige Gardenia Estates Rera Approval
Prestige Gardenia Estates was approved by the Karnataka Government RERA (Real Estate Authority Board) on May 20th 2025, for the 500-plus plots of phase 1 development. And the RERA number of the Prestige Gardenia Estates is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/200525/007761. This approval will be valid till April 30th 2027. The project has also applied for other necessary approvals like BBMP, BDA, BMRDC, and banks.
